Hon Julie Bishop MP, Minister for Foreign Affairs (center), greets the students of Neptali Gonzales High School, during the launch of the Basic Education Sector Transformation (BEST) Program. Ms Bishop announced a new funding assistance for education totalling A$150 million or PHP6 billion over the next three years for the program in the Philippines. Ms Bishop is flanked by Bro.
