Hon Julie Bishop MP, Minister for Foreign Affairs, spends some time with the students of Neptali Gonzales High School in Mandaluyong City, during the launch of the Basic Education Sector Transformation (BEST) Program on 21 February 2014. Ms Bishop announced a new funding assistance for education totalling A$150 million or PHP6 billion over the next three years for the program in the Philippines.
